Terms of payments:
- booking confirmation by Bank account (detailed data on request) in advance 30% of total amount,
- 70% should be paid 30 days before arrival. Otherwise, the reservation is canceled and the advance payment is retained or converted into a voucher for another date
Terms of cancelation:
- 120 or more days before booked term or before 1st of March, deposit will be returned
- cancelation 85 - 119 days before booked term, 50% of deposit will be returned
- cancelation 84 or less days before booked term NO deposit will be returned
Damage deposit: 200,00 € / week
Cleaning and loundry: 60,00 € / week
